The company was founded by education mavens and technology entrepreneurs who are passionate about leveraging technology and AI to change the way learning and development is delivered.

The traditional way of doing training and upskilling is outdated -- it has stayed pretty much the same since the industrial revolution, providing workers with a very general approach to learning and development.
